Any equipment we sell comes in the shop and gets a complete inspection. If we find any issues we either fix them or put them in the description so you can make a fair decision. We don't hide anything.
We use the latest TEXA software to run diagnostics on equipment to determine if any codes are present and repairs are needed.
We make any needed repairs found during our physical and computer inspections. If we find anything we believe to be an issue and decide to not repair it we note that clearly in the description of the equipment. If we know it, you'll know it.
In addition to Dogwood Hills Equipment we run a small farming operation. So when we get a piece of equipment in we find a job for it. We run it like it was ours. Usually 5 - 10 hours or so. This is when the problems usually surface. We know of no other dealer that goes to this length to make sure their used equipment is ready for you. Why don't other dealers do this? More hours means lower resale price. We see things a bit differently. We look at things in terms of value. When you buy something from us we can actually talk about how it runs, any quirks that we have found. Most dealers can just talk about specs, sale and auction value.
Equipment is checked over one last time, serviced if needed and then sent to the final step.
While all of our used equipment is sold "AS IS" we do our best to know any issues before it goes on sale.
